		<description>Christina, that's a very good point. (Boy the font is huge in this comment box...) As a presentation, it worked to bundle together several big issues, but the effect here is to dilute them. The scanning project does need concise discussion!</description>

		<description>Good, important, well-said -- but, the scanning project isn't the problem for serials, I think, so much as handing collections decisions over to the best-deal bundle, and as you said, leasing content.  The scanning project deserves a whole 'nother conversation so it doesn't take this off track.  Thanks for posting even though you didn't want to!</description>
